Live workout

The rest clock starts the moment you tick the set.

Log load and reps with typed steppers, tick the set, and the rest timer takes over: a visible countdown, ±10 second nudges, a cue when it is time, and honest overrun when you take longer. Warm-up has its own clock, and the workout stays on your Lock Screen as a Live Activity.

  • Rest per exercise, from the plan or your own account defaults
  • Swipe to delete a set, edit upcoming exercises without leaving the workout
  • A finish summary with every set you logged

One workout, three screens

Start on the phone. Tick sets on the watch. Review on the web.

Every surface writes to the same live workout. The watch runs on its own connection, so it keeps timing when the phone is in the locker. The web app mirrors the phone and adds the big-screen workout builder.

Plan

Plans you will actually follow.

Nine ready training days across 4- and 5-day splits, or build your own from 83 exercises with search, aliases and a body map. Set working sets, target reps, load and rest per exercise. Edit a built-in day and your version replaces it everywhere.

  • Home proposes the next day in your split from what you last trained
  • Last time's load sits next to today's target
  • Progression is advisory: it suggests, it never rewrites your plan

Progress

Strength that respects the equipment.

A barbell bench and a machine press are different lifts, so Forced Rep never merges them. Track working loads per exact variant, keep a 1RM reference for each (tested, or estimated from a 2–5 rep max), and read your training week by week.

  • History with per-workout detail, resume and delete
  • Body-weight trend that smooths daily noise
  • Your data is yours: export it or delete the account from Settings

Nutrition screen with protein progress toward a daily target and today's logged foods

Between workouts

The rest of training, in the same place.

A protein-first food log with quick-add for the foods you eat most, daily habits with a week strip, body weight with a calmer 7-day trend, a standalone interval timer that runs on the watch too, and a Playbook of plain training principles when you want the why.

Coach

A coach that has read your log.

Ask for a workout and the Coach builds it from your saved plans, recent volume and strength references, then hands you a proposal you can save or start in one tap. Tell the nutrition chat what you ate and it logs it. Optional, credit-based, and everything else works without it.

AI features send your training context to a model provider only after you opt in.

Questions

Does the Apple Watch app need the iPhone nearby?

No. The watch app links to your account once with a six-digit code and then talks to the server on its own. Start a workout on the phone and the watch picks it up; tick sets on the watch and the phone and web follow within seconds.

Does it work when the gym has no signal?

The phone keeps logging. Sets are stored locally and sync when the connection returns, so a finished workout is never lost.

Do I have to use the AI Coach?

No. Planning, logging, rest timing, history and strength work entirely without AI. The Coach and the nutrition chat are optional, use prepaid credits, and only run after you opt in to sharing your training context with the model provider.

Is there an Android version?

Yes. The same app ships for Android phones with a Wear OS companion, on the same account and subscription.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Settings has a full export and account deletion. Both are self-service and immediate.

Is this medical advice?

No. Forced Rep is a training log and planning tool. Nothing in the app or the Coach is medical advice.
