Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Forced Rep — the phone, watch, web, and desktop apps and this website — provided by Mbit, a business registered in Finland. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Forced Rep is — and is not

Forced Rep is a training companion: it helps you plan workouts, log sets, time rest, and keep training, nutrition, and body-weight context together. It is not medical advice. Nothing in the app, including AI-generated suggestions, is a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Training carries inherent risk; you are responsible for exercising within your own abilities and health limits.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your credentials to yourself and use the service only for your own personal training. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent.

Subscription and trial

• Forced Rep requires a subscription of €4.99 per month (prices in app stores may be the store's nearest equivalent tier, and include VAT where applicable).
• New accounts can start a 7-day free trial. The trial starts only when you explicitly start it, and you can cancel any time before it ends without being charged.
• The trial does not include AI credits (see below); everything else works during the trial.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel through the store you subscribed in (App Store or Google Play) or, for web subscriptions, from Settings on the web app. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.
• If your subscription lapses, you can still finish an active workout, and your data stays readable, exportable, and deletable. Starting new work requires an active subscription.

AI credits

• AI features (coach, nutrition chat, workout naming) run on prepaid credits priced at €1 per credit, sold on the web app.
• An active paid subscription includes a monthly top-up of free credits; free credits expire, purchased credits do not.
• Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• AI output is generated by a machine-learning model and can be wrong. Review every suggestion before acting on it.

Payments and refunds

Purchases made inside the iOS or Android apps are processed and refunded by Apple or Google under their terms. Web purchases are processed by Stripe and carry the EU consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal.

• AI credits: at checkout you request immediate access to your credits and acknowledge that spending a credit is the performed part of the service. Spent credits are not refunded. If you withdraw within 14 days of a purchase, we refund the unused remainder of that purchase.
• Web subscriptions: you consent at checkout to the subscription starting immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the price minus a proportional charge for the days already elapsed.
• How to withdraw: email hello@forcedrep.app within 14 days of the purchase with an unambiguous statement that you withdraw — your account email and the purchase date are enough. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break authentication or rate limits, no automated scraping, no reselling access, and no using the AI features to produce unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do, and will say why.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Forced Rep available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Features may change. If we ever discontinue the service, you will get notice and time to export your data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mbit's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Finnish consumer law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. EU consumers also keep the protections of their country of residence.
